SOFTWARE DEFINED RADIO MODULE

Low-SWaP 10W software defined radio module weighing just 210g, built for long-range drone links capable of over 150km line of sight.

Book A Demo

Weight-critical airframes need serious RF performance without carrying unnecessary mass. The BluSDR-90-UL Ultra-Light delivers 10 W total RF output from two COFDM transceivers in a 210 g module, giving small platforms the link margin required for long-range missions. Its software defined architecture allows waveform and role flexibility, helping teams tailor the radio to the mission without changing hardware.

Small UxV platforms need compact interfaces that connect cleanly to payloads, control systems, and onboard networks. BluSDR-90-UL supports Gigabit Ethernet, dual USB, RS-232 serial data, analogue audio, GPIO, SBUS, and MAVLink through compact JST connectors. As a MANET radio, it forms a MeshUltra-X self-healing network of up to 144 nodes, with Interlink mode for larger systems as airframes and assets join the mesh.

Long-range UxV links must withstand heat, movement, unstable power, and contested spectrum. The BluSDR-90-UL Ultra-Light operates from -20°C to +55°C with additional cooling, accepts a wide 10 to 32 V DC input, and supports adaptive modulation and self-healing routing to keep traffic moving as conditions change. DES as standard and optional AES128/AES256 encryption help protect data across MeshUltra waveforms.
