Paul Sangster is President of DTC | A Codan Company and brings more than 25 years of experience in the tactical communications industry. Since joining Codan in 2013, he has held senior leadership roles across business development and operational management. After the acquisitions of Domo Tactical Communications, Domo Broadcast Solutions, Wave Central, Kagwerks and most recently ADI, Paul now leads DTC’s strategy, financial performance, and execution.
His experience and market knowledge ensures DTC delivers dependable technology, responsive support and the trusted partnerships customers need for mission success. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies and has completed executive and advanced management programs at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Dr. Jack Sudarev is Chief Technology Officer at DTC and has spent 19 years with Codan, holding leadership roles across engineering, operations and product development for communications systems. He has led the development of the Envoy, Sentry-H and Sentry Mesh product families, delivering field-proven HF and MANET capabilities for military, UxV and public safety applications.
Before joining Codan, Jack worked in the semiconductor industry. His background is in radar systems, wireless communications and secure networks, with his recent work also covering AI and edge computing. Jack holds an MBA, completed the MIT Professional Education Chief Technology Officer Program, and was named a 2026 Tech Disruptor in the Defense News Index under the Space, Geospatial and Resilient Communications category.
Simon Stockdale is Chief Financial Officer at DTC and has been with the business for 19 years, providing strategic financial leadership across the Division. A CCAB-qualified accountant with significant senior-level experience, Simon oversees financial reporting and planning, governance, compliance and performance, supporting the CEO and the senior leadership team in key business decisions.
With extensive experience across a range of industries in multi-site, multi-currency environments alongside business change and M&A, Simon combines strong technical expertise with a commercial, solutions-focused approach. Simon leads the international finance teams and champions best practice and sustainable business performance.
Stephen Beeching is Senior Vice President for Europe at DTC. He brings over 30 years of business leadership experience and a proven track record of successfully creating and delivering global strategic growth and transformation in international technology solution businesses.
Stephen oversees DTC’s activities in Europe, bringing together teams in engineering, operations, military and defence, uncrewed, and public safety to execute DTC’s growth strategy. He is recognised for his customer-centric approach and ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders. Stephen holds an LLM in International Business, an MBA and a BSc (Hons.).
Brady Crosier is Vice President of Business Development for Asia-Pacific at DTC. A retired U.S. Army Colonel and former Foreign Area Officer, he brings more than two decades of regional experience advising senior military and diplomatic leaders on political-military affairs.
Across Asia-Pacific, Brady leads market development and strategic partnerships, helping DTC align its secure, resilient communications capabilities with the needs of defense, government and commercial customers. He holds master’s degrees in Strategic Studies and Chinese Foreign Policy and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese with advanced proficiency in French and Indonesian.
Emily MacPherson is Vice President of Global Marketing at DTC, bringing more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience across the maritime, communications and defense sectors. She combines deep industry knowledge with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Emily’s expertise spans digital campaigns, media strategy, government relations and stakeholder engagement. She leads DTC’s global marketing strategy, drawing on a proven record of building trusted relationships, strengthening market presence and supporting various Defense Innovation Global Programs.
Gene McConville is Vice President of Business Development and Government Relations at Codan US. He brings extensive experience in international business development, defense systems and government engagement, leading strategic growth and partnership initiatives across complex defense markets.
With deep knowledge of U.S. and international defense sectors, Gene brings expertise in foreign military sales, cross-border defense trade and government accounts. His ability to navigate policy, procurement and stakeholder environments strengthens customer relationships and helps align DTC’s secure, mission-ready communications capabilities with evolving operational requirements.
Markus Frehse is DTC’s Vice President of Sales for the UK, Europe and MEA. He brings nearly three decades of experience across the defense, security and government sectors, combining military service with international commercial leadership.
Markus leads DTC’s regional sales strategy, business development and customer engagement. Throughout his career, he has built and led global sales organizations, developed strategic partnerships, entered new international markets and delivered sustained growth across defense and security technology portfolios. His experience spans Europe, the Middle East and Asia, working with defense organizations, government agencies, prime contractors and industry partners.
Matthew Jones is Vice President of Sales for Asia-Pacific at DTC. He leads regional business activities and go-to-market strategy, with a particular focus on military and uncrewed systems markets.
Matthew brings deep knowledge of defense, government and joint operations across the region. He has led specialized communications and combat systems programs for militaries and governments across Australia, the Middle East and Asia, while contributing to Australian defense industry sovereignty initiatives. His regional insight helps DTC align its tactical communications solutions with evolving customer and operational requirements.
Natalie Ksiazkiewicz is Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations at DTC, bringing more than 15 years of experience across finance, commercial management, strategy and operations. She leads the development and execution of DTC’s strategic priorities, connecting financial insight with operational planning and business performance.
Since beginning her career at Codan in 2011, Natalie has progressed through roles from accounting to financial controller to senior leadership, bringing deep organizational knowledge and leading business transformation. Her expertise helps DTC strengthen operations, manage risk and support scalable growth while ensuring resources remain aligned with customer commitments and long-term objectives.
Richard McClay is an experienced engineering leader with 34 years’ experience delivering complex, mission-critical systems across defence, security, aviation, nuclear and other highly regulated sectors.
He has successfully led multi-disciplinary engineering teams of 100+ people across multiple continents, combining strategic engineering leadership with deep technical expertise in systems, software and hardware development. Richard has extensive experience in requirements capture, innovation management and translating customer needs into production-ready solutions.
Richard brings a strong blend of technical credibility, regulated-industry experience and collaborative leadership, with a focus on building high-performing engineering teams and delivering innovative solutions that meet demanding customer and operational requirements.
Aydin Mohtashamian is President of DTC North America, bringing more than 20 years of executive experience across defense technology, integrated sensing, UAS and C5ISR solutions. He leads strategy, operations and growth with a customer-first approach focused on delivering reliable, mission-focused capabilities.
Aydin has led large engineering, manufacturing and product organizations, driving profitability, expanding production capacity and building strategic defense partnerships. A decorated U.S. Army veteran, he has been awarded the Legion of Merit, two Bronze Stars, the Meritorious Service Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal. He also holds an MBA, an MS in Systems Engineering and a BS in Chemistry/Nuclear Engineering.
John Payne is General Manager of Wave Central, leading strategic growth, operational execution and customer-driven innovation across North America. He brings decades of experience in RF innovation, wireless video systems and executive leadership, including roles as CEO, COO and CTO.
John has built high-performing teams, scaled technology businesses and developed ultra-reliable, power-efficient systems used by broadcasters, live-event producers and defense agencies worldwide. His contributions include the Raptor line of wearable, low-latency video systems. His combination of technical expertise and operational discipline helps Wave Central deliver intuitive, dependable transmission solutions built around the needs of customers and operators.
Sherry Chambers is Sales Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to the President at DTC. She brings nearly of 30 years of experience across business, sales, and procurement operations, with a proven ability to develop business strategies, implement programs and lead teams.
Before joining DTC, Sherry spent 16 years with Cobham as Sales Operations Manager and seven years with Source Atlantic (Irving) as Procurement Manager. This experience has given her a broad understanding of every phase of the business cycle—from planning and procurement through sales support and delivery.
