Whiteley, United Kingdom – August 6, 2026 – DTC, a Codan company and a leading provider of tactical communications and defence technology, today announced the appointment of Markus Frehse as Vice President of Sales – UK, Europe, and the Middle East & Africa (MEA).
Based in Europe, Frehse will lead DTC’s regional sales strategy, business development and customer engagement across the UK, Europe and MEA. He will be responsible for expanding the company’s international sales pipeline, strengthening strategic customer and industry partnerships, and leading regional sales teams to deliver sustainable growth in support of DTC’s global strategy.
Markus brings nearly three decades of experience across the defence, security and government sectors, combining military service with extensive international commercial leadership. Throughout his career, he has led global sales organisations, developed strategic partnerships, expanded into new international markets and delivered sustained business growth across advanced defence and security technology portfolios. His experience spans Europe, the Middle East, Asia and other key international markets, working closely with defence organisations, government agencies, prime contractors and industry partners.
