BluSDR-200 folds two high-definition video feeds and a self-healing mesh network into a single box, along with the control and data links a drone mission depends on. Less weight to lift. Fewer boxes to integrate. Live imagery runs through built-in encoders, so the platform streams without a separate transmitter. As a mesh radio, BluSDR-200 connects up to 144 nodes into one network that forms and heals itself. Every radio relays as well as transmits, so coverage grows as platforms join. Onboard storage keeps recording even when the link is busy.
Airborne service is unforgiving, and BluSDR-200 is built to survive it. The sealed IP66 housing keeps out water and dust, and the module operates across a wide temperature range. Independent testing to RTCA DO-160G confirms performance against magnetic effects and radio frequency interference. Power is drawn from a standard platform supply, so integration stays predictable. When a node drops, the mesh reroutes around it, and the video picture survives the lost link. Optional AES encryption, accredited to FIPS140-2, protects traffic across the network (export controls apply).
