Resilient MANET communications built for the spectrum reality ahead

MeshUltra™ is DTC's advanced family of high-performance MANET IP Mesh waveforms, designed to keep operators, platforms, sensors and systems connected across dynamic, congested and contested RF environments.

MeshUltra™ creates a self-forming, self-healing MANET network, allowing radios to automatically establish and maintain connections as nodes move and network conditions change. The waveform is hosted across DTC's Software Defined Radio and MANET radio portfolio, including the BluSDR™ family, Sentry Mesh and SOL8SDR-H2, enabling resilient IP connectivity across dismounted, unmanned, vehicle, maritime and fixed-site applications.

Combined with DTC's Spectrum Overmatch capabilities, MeshUltra™ delivers an adaptive approach to resilient communications — helping networks detect changing RF conditions, respond to interference and continue moving critical information where it is needed.

The MeshUltra™ family gives customers the flexibility to select and adapt communications based on network size, platform mobility, throughput requirements and spectrum conditions. MeshUltra™-M is designed for highly dynamic environments where network topology and link conditions can change rapidly. Advanced routing continually evaluates network topology and link quality to help each transmission use the best available route.

Ideal for unmanned systems, mobile platforms and other applications where network conditions change quickly.

MeshUltra™-X is designed for large Mesh networks where efficient use of available spectrum is critical.

DTC's proprietary token-based channel access mechanism minimises unnecessary network overhead and removes contention between nodes, helping preserve usable payload capacity while maintaining predictable performance as the network scales.
